For the experienced real estate agent and brokers…is it realistic? ?
So I am a licensed real estate agent that has taken a break from work. I am going back into the field. My question to the experienced, currently working, agents and brokers is can you in this market Make A Six Figure Income in your opinion? Do you know others doing it? Is the market as bad as they say?
The guy I work with is making 200k+… I probably won’t break 6 six figures this year, but might get close. It’s definately a possibility, but you have to work your ass off. me and my partner average 90 hours a week…constantly working on ways to find new buyers. Right now is one of the strongest buyers markets in a while…housing prices are dropping from all the foreclosures, allowing many first time buyers to become home owners. too bad the nehimia program was cut in the housing bill, that allowed a lot of people to buy with no money down…
